Join a class!
Orgullo Boricua hosts several class sessions throughout the year. Classes are held over 6 week periods and are hosted at the Arts Academy at Estrella Mountain. 2504 S. 91st Ave. Tolleson, Arizona, 85353.
Drum Class
Learn basic Bomba rhythms such as Sicá, Yuba, Cuembé, Holandés, Seis Corrido and others in a drum circle setting. Students learns grooves, solo phrases and other Bomba instruments. Drums are provided.
Dance Class
Learn basic Bomba dance styles such as Sicá, Yuba, Cuembé, Holandés, Seis Corrido and others in a group setting. Students learn Paso Basico, Piquete, Songs and History.
